RNRUNCLUB was founded in June 2025 and born from the heartbeat was RNLAB. What began as a simple Tuesday night run at 7PM in Rhodes, Sydney, Australia grew into a beginner friendly community built on discipline, connection, and the belief that

THAN RIGHT NOW.
What started as a small weekly meet-up became a movement. People from all levels showed up, week after week, choosing effort over excuses, choosing each other over isolation, choosing now over someday. RNRUNCLUB became more than runs. It became a culture of momentum.
RNLAB is the continuation of that mission.
Where the run club builds the community, the lab builds the tools.

The weekly run
Every Tuesday at 7PM we meet at Rhodes Foreshore Dog Park in Rhodes and run roughly 5km together along the waterfront towards Wentworth Point. It is free, there is no membership, and every pace is welcome — first-timers included. You can turn up on the night, or sign up and check in through Rallye.
